Granola and yoghurt

serves 8-10

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup roasted almonds
  • 2 cups toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup macadamias
  • 3/4 cup cashews
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cranberries

PREPARATION:

  • In a food processor blend almonds, cashews, macadamia, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds until roughly crumbly
  • Transfer to large bowl and mix in toasted coconut, cinnamon and cranberries. Combine well.
  • Serve with fresh fruit and yoghurt!
