INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup roasted almonds
- 2 cups toasted coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup macadamias
- 3/4 cup cashews
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cranberries
PREPARATION:
- In a food processor blend almonds, cashews, macadamia, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds until roughly crumbly
- Transfer to large bowl and mix in toasted coconut, cinnamon and cranberries. Combine well.
- Serve with fresh fruit and yoghurt!
